Chemist Warehouse Hampton Park

we go to the warehouse in hampton park every week and are very happy with the service ,we received ,especially from a lady called SARITA, she is very helpful and friendly and she knows how to explain to us the benefit of all the medicine and vitamins. we rate her as excellent in customer service

Love the bargains I find here so thought I'd pick up some perfume as Christmas gifts. I asked a yes or no question and the staff who had shelf loading to do just answered the question and left. Then another girl walked by so I asked if she could help. She was great (although she seemed tired) until I was looking at perfumes and she yelled over to the counter and asked if it had hit 9pm yet? When I asked if I can test a certain perfume so goes, I actually finish work so I'll just get someone else to help you. The new girl, I had to explain from a-z again. I still favour the shop however low prices isn't the only thing that will come us coming back. Staff should have high work ethics and definitely better customer service skills.
