MND Appliance Repairs

I had our oven repair booked today with John. The time frame we were given was between 3-5pm, to which I replied I needed to go and get out daughter from daycare at 4:30, so he'd need to be here before then.

John confirmed his attendance, it got to 4:10pm & hadn't heard him. I tried to call him twice & texted for an ETA. I got no reply. So I spoke with Corinne from their office, who told me he wasn't going to be here before 5pm but we were not informed prior to my phone call with her. I explained to Corinne, it would have been nice for John to provide us with a text or call to advise us of this. I explained this is unprofessional & why give a time frame if that's not going to be accurate? And if the technician is not going to be ontime, he needs to provide those details to us.

Corinne then started yelling & talking over the top of me & told me that she was going to send the part back & cancel our job. Will never ever use this company again, nor will I recommend this company to anyone.

It's a shame there's no option to give no stars.

They call or text you and give you well under 24 hours notice that they can turn up (often around the 12 hours notice). You ask for several dates and timeslots for options to take time off work where you can give your employer SOME notice, so you can be there for the appointment... "sorry we don't do that, that's not how we run our business, we don't know where will be in the future". They don't reply to texts or calls. The office lady (Corrine?) is rude as anything and ended up hanging up on me and she will not work with you to get an appointment at all. Avoid this business at all costs.

Lovely lady on the phone & repairman that came out was very knowledgeable and fixed my machine, been a few weeks now and still running perfectly. Thanks :)

Contracted repair "company" for a warranty repair.

They don't show and also hang up on you.
