Damen Phillips

This guy is a loser. I first contracted him to wash my roof & to add bleach or some other agent to kill mould on my colorbond roof. Within six months the mould was back twice as bad.
He then said he could clean my carpets for me. He flooded my media room & bed room so badly that it took 3 days to dry in summer with the windows open. That's OK, but a few week later I discovered that all my curtains ( $8000 worth ) were covered in mould. My home was 7 years old !!
Then came the curbing !! He had a brand new machine that broke down half way through the first garden bed. He said he would get it fixed & be back in a few days, leaving a huge pile of sand on my front lawn & bags of cement in my garage. The concrete mixture that he used was too sloppy & so was the 10 metres that he laid. Never heard from him again, although I left him 2 messages. Oh, he also dumped the slops from his barrow at the back of the garden bed, I found out when pruning months later.
My roof is disgusting, my curtains ruined, my curbing not finished, my lawn dead & bags of cement turned to stone that I had to dump. I was telling this to a landscaper that worked for a Display home that I was showing & he asked if the fellow's name was Damen Phillips. I said " how did you know that ?" "He's my brother, I'm Jason & you're right, he is useless !!"
I would rate this business minus 10, but your website wants me to praise him. Buyer beware is sound advice when it comes to this coward.
