Little Residential

Little has caused me nothing but headaches managing my investment properties:
- Rent often is late (sometimes late from tenants and sometimes they forget to transfer!) and never communicate to me when this happens. I have always had to chase them
- Bond was given back to exiting tenants although the conditions of the property was so poor that I had to decrease the rent for incoming tenants.
- I had to ask 3 times before they would even send me the lease agreement.

Very unsatisfied with their property management and cannot wait until my lease is over.

Little Residential Hawthorn is the most incompetent bunch of property managers you could imagine. Do not deal with Max or Hugh as you will be sorely disappointed. When there is an issue, they go to ground and do not respond to calls or emails.

Little residential cost me a lot of money and grief. Their staff where fast talking a nicely dressed but once I signed my investment properties over to them to manage it was endless errors made on their behalf. It is like watching a child do a job, you want to let them do it but know it would be ten times faster to do it yourself. I would not recommend. Many times I have gotten very angry and frustrated because it just has been such poor service.
