I had the displeasure of having my hair butchered by them, being asked “Do you like having your hair dried?” Both times I had visited; this is a given at $145 a pop! I gave them a chance to fix my hair only to walk out super frizzy without definition and once again teary eyed after giving them a chance to fix their own work.
