Because every day you walk in after 12pm they're going to tell you "come tomorrow, come tomorrow". No wonder they're going broke.

Very unprofessional cutting, they need to learn how to speak to customers. They just know how to speak but doesn’t know how to speak normal or politely.

Doesn't even deserve half a star, walked into style plus hair cuts today asking for a caramel balayage- Heather the lady who served me said it was $180 and may take a couple of hours. So I walked in, sat down and let her work her magic. In between her cutting other people's hair- she left the colour in too long and my hair was starting to smell funny and when she washed it out- IT WAS BLONDE. To make matters worse she forced me to get a haircut only mentioning halfway through that it was an extra $65! I went from having a metre long silky jet black hair to a clashing mix of black and blonde spotty short crop the length of a long-haired boy- I left the place in tears and she had the nerve to charge me almost $300!!!
That one extremely unpleasant experience has thrown me off birkinhead point completely and I'll be sure to let everyone I know to avoid that place.

Worst place ever !!

Asked for something easy to do, short on sides and DON'T TOUCH ON TOP, i asked him that i want my hair back (haircut i do since 5 years), he told me that it's impossible (sure..) because my hair is too short.

Whatever he started to cut on sides and after this he was cutting on top !! This idiot told me my hair is "too short" and he's cutting it more?? WHAT IS WRONG WITH HIM ??

I asked him to stop this and finish with the lineup, he sent me to an other guy to do it (really ??), well this other guy just ruined all he invented me a side baldness !!

If you want to pay 10$ to be cut by a blind monk, feel free, i'll never come again even if they pay me !!
