On my last visit, how the dryers function on this area is that they look closed until you put one coin in, press the temp setting, it will show the time given for $1. In this laundry service it's $1 for 8 minutes AND then add all the coins for the collected time ie. $5 = 40 mins.



Now the lazy way around this is to add all your coins and press all the buttons and it would calc and start on it's own. For the most part the owner has been diligent to always leave signs for malfunctioning machines however, this time as I've put coins into the dryer and the machine was completely off.



Well there goes my $5. So I on Google the owner's mobile number came up, i gave them a ring to which they avoided and subsequently after a few days when I tried looking them up on Google to ask about what's going on, their whole business details have been taken off.



The $5 doesn't matter but at least being honest to your customers as a service does. Never coming back to this overpriced laundry gain no wonder it's a failing business.
