Local Store Number diverts only to Optus Main Customer Support

Try to contact an individual person you’ve been dealing with at your local Optus Store?

No way!...

Even though it looks like the correct local number it ALWAYS diverts to Optus Main Customer Support!



Where the automative service prompts you to actually travel to the store in question or wait for 30 mins on hold!

Seriously?.....

For a large Company as Optus in 2018 this is totally unacceptable. Compare it to Apple or other stores from large Companies you can get in touch with the store itself and the person you were dealing with if they are working.
