Warren and the crew from oxenford service Center helped me out big time over Christmas with a loan car while he fixed my Isuzu. I got quoted off Isuzu dealership Gold Coast $10,000 with no promise that they could even get the car fixed or get the car running.

Warren fixed and got the car running for $1,990 , saved me over $8,000

If I could rate them higher I would , I would honestly recommend them to all my family and friends and everyone I meet, they are really genuine and friendly. Explained everything mechanical in a way that anyone could understand.

Used Oxenford service centre twice. The most recent I called within a few minutes after their trading hours on a Saturday afternoon and went straight to voice mail... sigh... I was about to hang up and try again on Monday but before I could a man named Warren picked up the phone and listened to what was wrong with my vehicle. Warren went out of his way for that phone call and offered to call me back first thing Monday morning. Come Monday I receive his phone call @9am. I've been told before by mechanics that they would ring me and they almost never have. Yet Warren had remembered all the details from Saturday and told me to bring the car in. I explained that I was in a rush for the vehicle to be back as I was going on a holiday in two days time. The service centre was visibly packed and I didn't think I would see my car for quite some time. Yet come Tuesday morning my car was ready.

While definitely not the cheapest to use this service centre offers you comfort and speed. Something worth the premium. Besides, who wants to skimp on quality when it comes to a vehicle which you and your family use to travel at considerable speed?

I have been a customer of Oxenford Service Centre for about 5 years now. I have found Warren & his office staff, Scott & Michelle, to always be honest & upfront, when discussing situations with our vehicles. I appreciate being warned about parts that will need replacing in the future - so that I can budget for it. All of the work carried out by OSC comes with a warranty. They are extremely thorough in their approach to RWCs - finding defects that other mechanics haven't (& at the end of the day, you want to be driving a safe vehicle). They have also done pre-purchase vehicle inspections for me. You don't get to be as successful as they are, by being a dodgy business.

Be Warned i initially believed i was working with a trusted RACQ Repairer but what resulted was the worst experience in my 60 years. I initially took my ute in because i had a leak after spending $700 plus i walked away believing the ute was repaired. A few weeks later i had to return with the same issues i was overcharged by 300 to 600 percent mark up on parts and asked to pay for the initial repairs again. After confronting the owner he agreed i had been overcharged and removed all labour costs, i still had to pay for parts. every time you visit you are told you will need some work done in the future and believe me they are not kidding only a few days later that issue appears. Be very very careful if you use this business it will cost you much and cause you much concern in the long term. If you want proof please email me i can show you documentation. There are many other people who have had a similiar experience as i protested outside this business to have previous customers stop and talk to me about their considerable issues with this business.
