Love your Helensvale store guys. You have such a vast range of flowers and my wife loved the Glasshouse candles I purchased for her birthday. Your staff were very helpful with choosing flowers and service like that is hard to come by, thank's a lot guys!

I have ordered flowers off the Petals website many times and have been very satisfied with not only the look and smell of the flowers, but each arrangement has lasted over a week. Keep up the great work guys :)

I purchased flowers for my girlfriend this morning from the Helensvale store and the service was very helpful. I purchased some Tulips and a single long stem columbian red rose and she loved them. Thanks guys :)

Friendly staff and very helpful with arranging a small flowers on short notice. I originally purchased a small flower package (Brooklyn i think it was called) off their online store a few months ago and it was a great service. After my wife received the flowers and was over the moon, I decided to call into the Helensvale store and pick out a flower bunch for my mothers birthday. The team were helpful and the store is in a great location.

I called the Petals Helensvale store a few days before my mothers 60th birthday party to arrange some flowers for decoration and the team couldn't have been more helpful. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with suggesting flowers types and putting together the bunches. The end result looked great and I picked them up on the way through to my parents on the morning of the party. I have recommended Petals on the Plaza to my closest friends and I recommend to anyone looking for a great florist to go check out their store.

Handy location and friendly staff, I purchased some tulips and roses for my wife for our wedding anniversary and we received a complimentary box of chocolates. The staff were very helpful in helping decide what flowers she would like and she loved them. Great work guys.

Absolutely never going back! do yourself all a favour, the staff here are rude, don't bother stating your not happy with the service, the abuse you receive is disgusting, honestly the so called manager bel has no customer service experience, she takes everything you say as a personal attack on herself! really if your not happy with your job/life don't take it out on your customers, we are the ones that pay your wage! without us you wouldn't have a job. Definitely would not recommend for weddings. I had to go to a different florist to get them to fix up there mistake. No apology from the owner just as bad as her staff, obviously you have to be a certain kind of person to work for PETALS ON THE PLAZA! And the staff member wanted me to pay cash upfront, wonder where that was going!. NEVER AGAIN!

Please do yourself a favour, if you have the time go elsewhere - shop owner extremely rude and unaccommodating. ill thought out arrangement, and very poor value for money. The only reason this business would be successful is because of their location being in a Westfield shopping centre, it is certainly not by the talent or customer service skills by its owner. Very disappointing visit.
