Salon Sorelle

I visited salon Sorelle twice. The first time cut and colour were ok.

Probably first impression. The second time Melissa the owner squeezed me so she did cut on my unwashed hair I never had this experience before probably because I am not that important client for her...

Well Melissa also didn't put enough colour mentioning I don't need I don't have grey hair.

My colour supposed to sit in the basin for 5 min what didn't happened as I wanted to multifid my hair ends and to comb through leftover of the colour but again too much efforts I was asking ...Anyway my hair was blow wave in hurry and straightened at the end again nothing special....

Once I washed my hair at home after my visit I realized I don't have enough layers and my face wasn't framed by layers in fact I had the similar cut I had before. I wasn't happy.

I rang salon and when I came to be fixed I showed the picture to Melissa of layers cut but she pretended I showed her totally different picture and made me to fill like idiot !!!

Melisa , I didn't create your prices and if you felt you charging less for your service just make sure that for the money you charge you make every client to feel special .

I won't visit again

PS I went to the best salons in the past and I know what is layers cut and what is coulor what is a good service and what is not !
