Belle Skylights

The biggest problem is they put the skylight in the wrong place! In response they offered a 10% discount if I wanted an additional skylight but no compensation for sticking a hole where it shouldn't be. They also didn't finish the job - and told me of need to save down and oil the trim in order to get it the right colour and avoid warping. Not easy when I don't have my own scaffolding lying around. I've attempted to contact them numbers times since but I've been ignored. As one of the most expensive providers of skylights I foolishly expected that would mean a superior service.
