In Demand Cleaning

Will certainly not be using this company again! First of all it took a number of goes before they finally got it right. Luckily I attended the inspection with the agent as it was clear in eye sight that the quality of cleaning was done to what was promised. And for this reason, we were declined a "pass" THREE times before the agent ticked it to be satisfactory to receive our bond back. Honestly the amount of times running back and forward with this company we would have been better off doing it ourselves. An absolutely disgusting and unprofessional organisation.

Floor board house - hadn't even been touched and it was visible that spill marks were easily seen

Skirtings - dusty and dirty

Bathroom - soap scum easily seen from he naked eye, toilet left untouched and hair still remained in the bath

Kitchen - failed to clean the hubtop which still remained grease

Ceiling cobwebs and scuff marks from furniture was "missed"

This company will NOT guarantee a professional clean, we also hear that they use 3 different "companies" with the same service - so be sure you do your research to know your not just using them anyway.

Terrible service will never be using this company ever for any further bond cleans

Absolutely DISGUSTING! "Cleaning" was the very last thing on their minds when they apply this "service". After 3 attempts at getting it right, they finally did; but 3 visits, endless texts and phone calls later. This took so much time out of my days with all the running around after their sub-standard "clean"; I would have been better off doing it myself.

They advertise "bond recovery specialist" and if I had have taken their word for it and not gone through - I would NOT have gotten all my bond back.

I asked for a refund and was treated VERY rudely by the owner. She swore at me, called the apartment I was in a "dingy little place" and threatened to go to the police if I didn't stop asking for my refund. Not much integrity here and certainly NO quality. Find someone else if you want something "cleaned".

The owner of this business will respond to this review saying I harassed her and that I was abusive or something similar. Take Note: This is NOT a professional businesswoman with integrity at all. As soon as a client attempts to gain recompense for work not done properly the first AND second time, she goes into full scale defensive mode and threatened to call the police and claiming harassment. See "Tyson's" review below.....similar situation - two different people; same issue with the same person ; not exactly a coincidence.

This is a woman who subcontracts out to sub-standard agents to clean on her behalf, with absolutely NO remorse for her choices NOR willing to take responsibility for those under her.

I never waste my time writing reviews unless they are GOOD ones, this experience has motivated me to do something very different from what I have done in the past

I was thrilled with the service & work done by In Demand Cleaning!
Initially I had them do a clean for viewing of the apartment.
They had done such a fabulous job I decided to get them to do the end of lease clean.
Again I was thrilled with the result!
Everything was spotless; walls, windows, floors, cupboards, kitchen & bathroom.
Even the oven looked like it was brand new & never been used!
I would highly recommend In Demand not matter how big or smal the job & will certainly be using them again!

I have used In Demand Cleaning twice now and both times different cleaners. They did an outstanding job and I got my bond back both times. I also found the office staff very professional and helpful.

Was extremely disappointed with the clean and cleaner supplied. Glass was left streaky in the shower and mirrors, carpet wasn't vacuumed properly. I had to redo it myself.
