Sunset Coast Souvenirs

My sister bought me 3 t shirts as a present which were the wrong size. I returned to the shop with the receipt and chose 3 replacements which the person on the till exchanged without question. She was very interested where I was from. (London).

I was recently on holidays in Perth and decided to head upto Hillarys boat harbour for a look around and some shopping. After strolling around we waked into Sunset Coast Souvenirs and was amazed at how well presented and tidy the store was. We were greeted by the lady working in there and were made very welcome. The store had a huge selection of gifts to suit every age. I was looking for a shirt and the lady working there was so helpful. She would assist me in finding the correct size, locating designs that I may like and the entire time she was giving me suggestions of places to see and activities to do whilst I was in Perth. I would highly recommend this store not just for its selection of gifts but for the lovely service they offer.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the female worker at this store. We visited Sorrento Quay today to shop with my lovely family members over here on holiday from the UK. Over the years we have always took family to this souvenir shop to purchase gifts. Today my little sister wanted to purchase a hoody with Australia written on, so we took a look inside. My little sister picked up a cork hat and asked me to photograph her before buying it along with a hoody. The awful female worker glared at us and said 'they are not for photos'!!! in a really rude tone. I called over to all of my family and asked them to put down everything and leave the store. What a terrible attitude to have when you run a souvenir shop! A place where holiday makers and travellers go to purchase items to take home and remember having a happy time in Perth. Not such a happy memory for my family today! Well it was your loss lady! I will never visit your store again with my family and friends. You need a personality make over!!! You won't be in business long with that attitude!
