Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU!

The guys were on time, efficient & capable!

They dismantled & reassembled everything, they took extra care with the furniture & boxes & made sure everything arrived in the same condition it left & they were so careful to ensure there was damaged to the houses; despite the tight corners & staircase they had to navigate! And it was a big move & they were happy to give us a couple of boxes when we ran out!

This is the second time I’ve used Able Removals & would do so again! Thanks!!!

Arrived 30 min late, requested a large truck and advised it was a big job at time of quote. Whilst working for me I kept hearing that it’s a big job and we had a lot of stuff, then once one load completed and dumping my belongings on the front lawn due to waiting on settlement they advise they had another job to attend to and that I can get a trailer and that they were not returning to collect the rest of my furniture. After a conversation they returned to pick up my remaining stuff, looking through my furniture that was in their hand there were items damaged clearly by poor loading in total I had $5000 of damaged items once everything was unloaded, I was advised I was lying and they did not offer insurance! I was charged by the hour no mentions about insurance or agreed fault but called me a liar and names I requested the job to be completed and to leave my premises due to poor customer service and rudeness. I was charged $750 from a unpleasant day stress and rudeness with $$$ of damaged furniture and even a total loss of a low line worth $800 with no compensation.

Assisted us to move house in March 2016. Couldn't be happier with this service. Really friendly, great price, on time and no mucking around. Positive attitude really made a difference when moving is so stressful, nothing was a problem.

They have a really large truck so lots of furniture wasn't a worry, also very efficient in getting lots of heavy furniture up the stairs.

Boxes were provided for free, and delicate items were moved with care. Absolutely no issues.
