I have been continuously and completely satisfied with the service and promptness of the attention required. I highly recommend this firm.

We had our tax done through Sleigh PEC and they were never lodged with the ATO. Over a dozen emails and phone calls were never returned.In addition, the ATO had no idea we were linked to a tax agent.

We had to contact the ATO ourselves and get a time extension so we didn't get fined for non-lodgement. We have since reported Sleigh PEC to the Tax Practitioners Board and the ATO have been informed.

Find a different accountant!
