Ive just had a quote from this guy, seemed ok at the start. But after paying deposit, his work has been poor. Delivered below par materials.

Quoted me "Kikuyu Turf" but layed some dead grass. When i questioned he said "it takes some time to set". The tuscon crashrock he has used looked like just dirt(orange) thrown on, i had to ask him twice to compact it and redo.

On top of this requesting money to be transferred due to "pay my guys off" and "costing me more than i quoted so i need more". At both times i gave him the money. But upon checking work it was at very poor standard.

I also got a gate but if you looked at it, you would be disgusted. It was a brand new colorbond gate but after his work, it was damaged, barely closed and would of fallen down with wind.



At this stage, upon requesting for more money in which i declined, he went out to the property to remove his gate advising me that it would be open and insecure until i pay. Also threatened to rip up the front yard.



Gave the most headaches to the people who were living in the house, not to mention who are expecting a baby!



Definately not what is on his facebook page. Infact looks like he cant do what is on the facebook page. Talk about getting someone to help you, hes just given me and the tenant headaches!



Its been a few weeks and recently in the wind the gate blew down. Had a person come to look to repair and they said "Panels badle dinted and skewed. Cannot repait and needs someone to replace"
