Howards Storage World - Hornsby

i was very happy today. my son was whingy and needed a drink, I went into this store to buy him a new water bottle. The assistant Martin, after scanning my Howards' card went out back quickly to fill the bottle before giving it to my son and completing the sale. Another assistant - I didn't get her name - swooped in and cut off the tag so he could hold it properly. very happy with their attitude, initiative and support.
