Waited ages to buy a whopper with pineapple, they had run out of pineapple, why couldn't they go to supermarket and get some?

After waiting 20 minutes for 3 cars in front to be served. I had to wait another 8 minutes while they forgot to cook my burger. Result. Burnt burger cold chips with no salt cold bun and frozen rasberry melting because they made this first. This place is a disgrace either inside or driveway service. They only serveone customer at a time. They dont have emough staff for the demand. 4 cars left at drivethrough as wait was to long
