Horrendous Service

On hold for over an 130 mins across 2 days trying to locate the package, reached the operator who couldn't tell me when it was due at the local depot, it arrived interstate that next day, package arrived earlier than expected "yay" no notification it was arriving, no notification I had to be at home to collect so it went back to the depot and I have to collect the package in my time now after the weekend. Absolutely appalling service and alleged intelligent systems that let you know after the fact you have an issue. TNT " dynamite"

cannot contact anyone with simple enquiry

Appalling phone service. 35 minutes and counting. 'parcel delivered' on tracking advice a meaningless term. ACCC should investigate their advertising and communication systems. By the way is it TNT or FedEx???

One of the worst service providers.

No notification of delivery time. Did not honour the redelivery day booked by us.

Customer service agent was efficiently unhelpful and we were notified ours was a cheapest option and hence they were not ready to help us.

We can easily award a Zero star for their service.

Avoid them like a pest.

Apalling service, no desire to help in any way, will never use again

Package was collected and put on a 6 day service from east coast to west coast, nothing but advertising on hold of their amazing new time critical service, ie, we'll drop it off at fedex and charge you more. when asked to updrade delivery, while teh person on the help desk was very helpful, all of her superiors who were answering the request were completely useless.

Beyond abysmal servcie

I used the online so called ezySend. what a joke! I submitted prior to pick up deadline on a Wednesday, was it collected? no! so I call, takes FOREVER to actually get a person as its all automated and they aren't helpful or friendly at all (perhaps to off shore call centre isn't the best option) so they advise they'll pick it up Thursday, did they you ask? No, they didn't another hour wasted on the phone trying to speak to a person, who guaranteed me the parcel, which was NEEDED by Saturday would be delivered Monday, did they pick I hear you ask again? NO THEY DIDN'T! so I had to drive to Sydney myself from Canberra to collect my article, then trying to arrange a refund! there is no direct phone number, everything on their 131150 is automated only and when you get through to a person, they're not the right person and another hour wasted while on hold. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN
