They are one of Planation Homes' contractors, who did a god aweful job with a scratched up glass splashback to begin with. They were to,d they had to replace it, which happened this morning. Two guys showed up unannounced and proceeded to bang their way around the kitchen and ruining the benchtop, the paint work and the new ceramic stove.

I will not be allowing them back in the house to do anymore work. Do not get these guys if you value your new house. They will only make matters worse.

I went into Stegbar last week on Monday 12/October to get a "quote" done for my assignment that I have to do for my diploma in Interior Design. On that day the staff member i delt with was extremely helpful and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with him. Today I went in to see if it was ready and I was met by a older man who seemed to be the manager. He immidiately became very rude with me and gave me quite a big lecture about how much money they wasted helping me and how I "didnt make it clear that it was an assignment" even though on the previous monday we had joked about it and he was more than happy to help. I suffer from anxiety and started to have an anxiety attack. He could see this but he just kept attacking me. He made sure I felt like absolute **** even though it was not my fault, by talking down to me telling me I "OBVIOUSLY wasnt clear" and that I have wasted their time and "$500". I left having an anxiety attack, i couldnt breathe and i was crying on the groud in the middle of their carpark because of the abuse I copped from this disgusting human being. If this is how he treats his customers all the time I say nobody even bother going there.
