QML Pathology

I usually don't have any complaints about the Ingham QML Pathology office. But this time I attended and was seen by a young blond women. She asked if I had my Medicare card on me, I said I have to go home to get it, I was annoyed that I had to leave and come back. As soon as I walked back into the office, little miss attitude came out and sighted the card and told me to take a seat. She said little sting, which

it wasn't, I jumped and she said annoyingly "can you please don't jump". After it was done, she said with attitude again "in future bring your Medicare with you".

I did not appreciate being spoken to like a dog, and treated like I was scum under her feet. I am a proud 58 year old educated Aboriginal and Islander woman and I did not appreciate be spoken to like that. She needs to be re-trained on how to treat people (All people, black, white or brindle) with respect. I'm sure she if she smiles when she meets clients, she would get a better reaction from the clients. Yes, I should have had my Medicare card on me when I attended the office, and saved a lot of hassles, but that still does not condone her attitude.
