Michael from Mr Poo is an absolute legend. Such a fair bloke. Can't thank him enough for all the hard work he has done for us over the years. We have to have our whole training system replaced due to tree roots and it was devastating news to hear. From the start he encouraged getting a second opinion if we werent comfortable, he always showed us invoices for all supplies, was in constant communication with us from the every start, informing us with any changes not matter how small it may be. Just a top human. It's rare in this world you'll meet someone in any industry that'll be honest and fair. I'm glad that my family got the pleasure of meeting Michael from Mr Poo. He did a thorough investigation and ensured that he establish the root cause for the issue. He fixed the problem, kept us informed of everything he is doing and why. He is extremely well prepared to attend to issues and has a fully equipped mobile truck with everything he might need on the spot. Even though it was a really big problem that could have resulted in a huge mess, his service was not intrusive at all and he left the premises clean and neat. Definitely the BEST plumber and a number to save!

Recently we had the pleasure of dealing with Michael of Mr Poo Plumbing. We had a blocked toilet, he came to have a look & gave us the bad news that tree roots had made their way into the pipes!
