2 yrs ago I wanted to buy a self propelled HONDA, was told by the owner there was a long wait for the Honda and I was convinced the CHINESE copy (WEBANG) was a good unit, well its not, and I started having problems within months, now its hard to start, the catcher is coming apart and it will only self propel in low gear which is too slow, its just about ready for a visit to the tip, so I definately will NOT be going back for any more equipment from them

I was unexpectedly charged $18 for a five minute demonstration on a new trimmer head.- Two written complaints about the inappropriate behaviour of a specific staff member to the owner were ignored, and remain unanswered.

I took my mower and chainsaw there.



According to them, my chainsaw was beyond repair.

I took another shop and it was fixed on 10 minutes for $10.



The mower, which was under warranty, they claimed had water and needed to be repaired.

Cost me $110.



Conclusion: do yourself a favour: avoid that place!

Conclusion:

do yourseft a favour: avoid it by all the means.

They try to sell.

Don't ever thinking t o go there for any reparation..they say, otherwise:

" it is broken because of you.

The machine is beyond repair.

You're better to buy a new one"

Be careful if you go there!
