Walked into the store today for the first time, wandered around for five minutes looking at items on the shelves while a male sat at the desk near the rear of the store staring at a computer, completely ignoring me. Every item I looked at was dearer than the same at Bunnings - a few minutes drive away. No other customers came in while I was there, how are they a profitable business? Walked out and drove down to Bunnings to spend my money. J
