Beth was rude, did not listen to request. Removed name on the front and back of jacket when all I requested was to change student insignia to staff. She scoffed when I asked her to return the names. She tried to say the jackets she does do not have names as if this is an excuse to de-personalise my jacket. She shoved the jacket towards my poor mother after she volunteered to pick it up while I was working.

I’ve been using Bendigo Embroidery for 6 years now for my growing business. Twice a year (Summer & Winter) we update our workwear and have never hesitated going anywhere else. Bendigo Embroidery doesn’t feel like your normal everyday apparel business due to the warm, friendly and inviting nature you feel once there. Their product and design capabilities are first class and I couldn’t recommend Bendigo Embroidery highly enough for professional service and advice along with that good old fashioned service with a smile 10/10
