Phoned to make an appointment but the receptionist was extremely rude and incompetent. Would not provide any information or help without faxing or emailing the referral first. Even after emailing, the referral she did not respond or call back to arrange an appointment. A day later when asked if possible to speak to Dr Park directly she got very abusive. I am sure Dr Park is a great surgeon and this comment is by no means a reflection on his work, but due to such an arrogant & rude receptionist decided not to pursue an appointment.
