Waited 2 weeks to get an appointment- told them I would wait for the car. Arrived at 7:30 for 8am appointment By 9:15 car still sitting out in car park. Not happy Jan. Asked for return of keys and advised them I would be going elsewhere. Had been a customer for a number of years - counted for nothing.
