Incompetent and unprofessional. They accused me of being someone who owed their client money just because we had shared the same first and last name at some point, no other supporting evidence. Basically found my name online and targeted me. They did not do their research and blindly accused me of being this person and threatened legal action on me in an aggressive manner. They gave me no chance of trying to prove myself just told me to stop denying it and pay or be sued. They told me if I wanted them to stop bothering them I needed to do a police report. So I had to waste my time to get the police to tell them to back off. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic.
