This is the first year I have used Shiny skies after some unhappy experiences in the past. Their staff are friendly and helpful and even when we had some aweful guests their prompt reporting and rectification of the problem hepled sort things out quickly.

Our Ski Club has been using Shinyskies Cleaning now for several years.
Every now and then you come across a business that its a pleasure to recommend.
Before we met Mick Roberts who runs this business our cleaning was a nightmare. The average cleaner in Thredbo is an itinerant ski Bum who couldn't care less about the client. We had constant problems and were continually looking for replacements. Shinyskies are professional, efficient, prompt and often assist with other issues that are difficult for us to manage remotely from Sydney. They are most obliging and when asked they even attend to many other of our requirements including security and maintenance issues when it is vacant for long periods.In most cases we do not even get an invoice.
