Diamond Plumbing & Gas

Used Diamond plumbing as they were local to replace my hot water heater which was leaking and from start to finish the service was professional and refreshing the work was done promptly and looked a neat job. The guys who carried out the work were polite and left my property looking cleaner than when they started overall very pleased

TERRIBLE! Avoid this company at all costs! Their plumbers don't care about their customers and only look for a quick easy buck. They have caused me so much stress!

These people are currently installing pipes in our building. 60 Forrest Avenue, East Perth.

The behaviour of the workers has been really disrespectful. They started ridiculing a tenant here not long after they arrived. They have taken a somewhat disrespectful attitude to the tenants in the building generally. When a complaint was made to the director of Diamond Plumbing, the director reassured the complainant that the matter would be dealt with. However, on the next occasion when the complainant encountered the main Diamond Plumbing employee (who was creating the problem) the employee attempted to follow the complainant into the lift. A fellow worker stopped the employee from entering. On a previous occassion the same employee had followed the same person into the lift to take a photo of them as a form of harrassment.

The employee (who the complaint was made about) later worked on the floor where the complainant lives. Knowing that a complaint had been made, he made sure that he sat in front of the complainant's door when they were at home.

The Police were contacted about the matter with continued disturbing behaviour of the employee, and they suggested a Miscondust Restraining Order.

The problem included verbal abuse and harrassment.

Whether the quality of the work of these people is good or bad I can not judge, but I can say that the immature behaviour and lack of respect for the tenants really should be considered.
