SAFE Perth

I adopted a rabbit from this organization and the adoption fee was supposed to included de-sexing and vaccinations. I ended up paying for both of these myself as their recommended vet failed to keep the de-sexing appointment so when I booked her in at my vet I asked SAFE Perth for her vaccination records. I was told she hadn't been done and that she was supposed to have been vaccinated when she was de-sexed. This was the first I had heard about it. The "lady" that runs the rabbit section also provided me with medication for her from her own supplies that the vet "sold" her off the books. Medication with a hand written label in an old children's medicine bottle. Totally unprofessional organization. I would never deal with them again and am taking them to consumer protection.
