Terrible Company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely disgraceful service.

I used these guys about 3 years ago when I had to emigrate back to the UK. After selling me their service and promising my goods would leave on August the 6/7th 2016 - I was told Nov 2016 very (so what attitude!!) it still had not even left Australia. I finally received my goods bashed about, and after umpteen phone calls to them chasing, in the February 2017.

I swore then I would never use this company again.



However 3 years on I book Anglo Pacific who are a fantastic UK company. Great service and very efficient, to move me back to Australia. They mentioned their agents in Australia and silly me didn't check who they use.



OMG !!! the horror starts again.

Total lack of customer service, I have had to chase them every step of the way. Their attitude stinks when you call them. They are totally incompetent and basically the office staff should be sacked.

I supplied the information needed via email as requested only to be told a month later that that's what was holding the shipment up at customs. No apology when this was pointed out. I then chased again days later and apparently Brisbane port does not have forklifts !!!! so it had been held up for days .......

It did get held up for one day - they removed the offending item and the goods were released. Same day.

1 week later I'm chasing again ! To which they they went off and came back saying "er...er....er..... it will be delivered on Saturday"........" WELL ISN'T SOMEONE THERE?" !!!!!!!

"Ummm no!!! .... I'm not here Saturday you can't give me this much short notice and get cross that I'm not in!"

'After all this you need to deliver next week I'll take a day off work etc"



"Oh we'll get back to you in an hour. ! (of course you won't!!!)



No call - so next day I chase yet again! Only to be told that if I don't accept the goods on the Saturday it goes into storage AT MY COST !!!!! until they are around my area again to deliver. But they could say when that would be!"

I flipped out !!!! By this stage the company have not been helpful at all, their attitude has stunk and I have had to chase constantly !!! NOW I was being told that in 2 days time if I'm not home they will charge me to store the goods I'm chasing until they saw fit to deliver !!!!!!!



I asked to speak to the manger as I was refusing to pay the storage ! of course he won't come to the phone - but will ring back. He doesn't (no surprise!)



I end up cancelling my long weekend paid for in full with no refunds allowed - to take the delivery on the Saturday as I couldn't afford the unlimited, and no end in sight, storage costs !

They have your goods as blackmail - what can you do you want your goods. ??!



The only saving grace is the delivery men - Luke and Robbie, who were so nice. So polite and helpful. Tidy and efficient.



I would think there are others out there that have had the same treatment, and I feel I need to encourage you to complain.

I am not usually a complainer but I have been driven to it in this case!

I really don't understand their good reviews tbh, I have had 2 dealings with this company and both times have been very stressful and appalling.

I can only assume they delete the negative only show the good reviews!
