The person that wrote that review from 3 months ago saying nice things is firstly a 57 yr old lady with a massive amount of medical issues and is still living in the park despite New Management trying to get rid of me because I ask too many questions. I have been a Lead external auditor for most of my working life and that's what auditors do ask a lot of questions it was imperative for my job because I was part of the top Management team and was there for over 27 years and looked after 5 offices in Australia and 3 in New Zealand. And it's just part of me now, but I do it in a very professional way.

In January I reported a Neighbour that lives directly opposite for yelling abusing, threatening and spreading terrible rumors about me in particular that I am a plant thief.

I wasn't alone at the time but I do live directly opposite I had never met him before ever so I don't even know his name just the house number. the man that lives beside the abuser said he doesn't even know his name and the lady from up the road was there we were all standing on the road and we pointed at flowers in pots and I asked both people with me what they are but didn't know. The reason I was interested is because they are firstly pretty and secondly extremely hardy plants I have never seen one before and wanted to check bunnings to get a small one myself. The man all of a sudden came raging out of his house abusing all of us that we were going to steal them, we weren't on his property and nowhere near the plants. I have a heart and many medical conditions He scared me. I was using a crutch at the time for my hip.so.the other Neighbours got home quick I was still getting back into my place alone and he came out again going off at me more. I quickly got inside locked everything up and called the police and ambulance. the police for the abuser and Ambulance for me. My heart rate and BP was not good. but I had some heart medication that I took after incident and then it had come down a little before ambulance got there but was still very high. they wanted to take me to PCH i said no I'll be there for weeks if you do that. I will see my own doctor in the morning, and I have medication here and monitor here I know what to do for tonight now it's coming down. The ambulance left and police came so I told them everything and I said can you at least tell him that's unacceptable behavior; they spent a couple of minutes with him and were all laughing, not what I wanted to hear. Ever since I live in fear and avoid him like the plague and just stick to myself. I had to get chains and locks to make please more secure it was police advise so that's what I did. They suggested security cameras I'm on job seeker no room in payment for that.



pergola half of my plants had been destroyed and had to be him because there was no one else that threatened me. I took pictures and did a police link report and informed park management they didn't want anything to do with it. they put a note in his file they didn't even go to speak to him. on the last page of everyone home buyer contract it clearly states people disturbing the Pease will be given a breech immediately I pointed that out to the manager and from that day she has clearly hated me. then I reported the damage she did not do anything about that either, so I reported it to the police he said he didn't do it.The Manager is nice to the face but then gets very aggressive in email and txt so I then raised a police link report on them for victimization, harassment, bullying and just plain rudeness. I go to office pay my rent pickup mail and any packages say thank you and that's it. I don't talk about them to anyone I say as little as possible to stay out of trouble. But they don't have a clue how to run a park of older people that need more attention and consideration they treat the homeowners like there staff just plain rude. And god forbid if they want their grass cut within 6 weeks they owner gets a breech slapped on them

Brand New Managment / Awesome place to retire +55

This place is absolutely wonderful, I have now lived in here for 16 months and can honestly say the last 2 months have been the best of all, because of newly appointed Management who have given the entire park a lift for the better. If you are over 55 and just want to spend your retirement in a relaxing beautiful place, then look no further I will be spending the rest of my days here. This is my dream cozy forever house, and I love it and you will too. some people have been here for over 40 yrs or more, I bet they have some good stories to share with all newcomers.

As a tenant at the park since .......,,,,,,

I've witnessed several management changes. Typically, I don't get involved in the park's internal affairs, but the current state of affairs warrants a review.



The new management team is young and inexperienced, and unfortunately, the park's standards have noticeably declined. One of the many major concerns is the gardener, who consistently breaches tenants' privacy and reports minor infractions to management.



Furthermore, the gardener fails to maintain the gardens to an acceptable standard and lacks the necessary professionalism. To address these issues, he doesn't have assigned hours of work which I believe is a must!

I would recommend:



1. Hiring a licensed, external gardener on set hours to ensure proper maintenance and professionalism.

2. Implementing a formal process for addressing problems through management, with regular follow-ups and updates.

3. Increasing management's involvement in the park's daily operations and tenancy matters. Currently there isn't much of this happening!



I hope these suggestions are taken seriously to restore the park's standards and improve the living experience for residents.

I’ve never been more disappointed in a rental park. The management here is absolutely clueless—completely out of touch with what actually matters. They’re obsessed with looking good on paper and hitting numbers, but they’ve completely neglected the actual upkeep of the park. All the rentals are outdated and in desperate need of renovations, yet nothing gets done. It’s clear that they’re more focused on maintaining an image rather than providing a liveable, well-kept environment for tenants.



The park itself is a mess. It’s poorly maintained, dirty, and looks like no one really cares. The previous manager at least took pride in the upkeep of the property, genuinely cared about the residents, and respected their staff. Now, it feels like the new management couldn’t care less about any of those things. There's no attention to detail, and it’s obvious that they have no clue how to handle basic maintenance or tenant concerns.



If you’re considering moving in here, don’t bother. You’re better off finding a place with management that actually knows what they’re doing.

I have been Here for a few years now and the pine cara Caravan park is good nice and quite. If people stop whinging and done there own stuff there would be no hassles but you can't please everybody
