Cleanetic Commercial And Residential Cleaning

The carpets looked worse after they “cleaned” them. Had to get real professionals in a week later to get the job done. The company who came to fix it were $200 cheaper too!

Where do I begin? I booked an appointment with Cleanetic almost a month in advance, only for them to forget about it and need to reschedule. When they came to clean the next day, not only did they not even clean the carpets, they left new stains!! We had to get in and pay for another carpet cleaner directly after cleanetic, as cleanetic did such a bad job, and the new carpet cleaner confirmed that they did not clean our carpets. When I called to ask cleanetic what had happened, I was abused and screamed at down the phone. I only wish I had read their reviews earlier, as I can see a lot of people with similar experiences. Cleanetic seems to reply to bad reviews saying it is the clients fault. I totally agree.....It is my fault for hiring such an unprofessional company.
