Kay at Pierced Off in Katoomba is very welcoming and knowledgeable about piercings. The whole process was seamless from start to finish, with Kay taking the time to make me feel comfortable and relaxed before proceeding.

Her salon is clean and hygienic, and Kay is very gentle piercing where it was pretty much a pain free experience. She was very gentle putting in the jewellery after the piercing, so I didn’t feel a thing !Kay gave me heaps of advice on my piercing and aftercare, and took the time to make sure that I was ok afterwards, not rushing me at all. She even offered to change over the jewellery after the piercing was healed, for free !

Her prices are great and the service is also better than the big name brand piercers in Penrith. Her attention to every detail makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I left the store feeling happy and enjoyed my experience.

Kay made the perfect placement of my daith piercing, exactly where I wanted it. She was patient and kind and took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and relaxed before the piercing. Her shop is very clean and hygienic and stay also has an extensive range of beautiful jewellery in her store. The piercing was almost pain free as she was quick enough and kindly distracted me with a question at the right time, so I barely noticed it at all, and very gentle putting in the jewellery.
