Not one to normally write a review, I felt compelled to as this is really all I can do after losing $500. Beware! The owner is unsympathetic and horrible and happy to steam roll over her customer. After going through difficulty with Covid and having to move back into the Bayside area as a result of this, the owner refused to transfer my membership to another site closer to my new living arrangements. It would take me more that an hour and a half to go for a 30 minute session, three times a week, which really isn't feasible for anyone! No empathy and not willing to budge, the result was me losing $500 so that Marita can reclaim 'thousands lost in the pandamic'. (her own words) Nice.... I would not recommend this site to anyone! If you want to try Hypoxi, for the love of god, avoid East Keilor and go to another site!!!!
