Charged $350 for 40 minutes on site to replace a $30 part.
Cash only.
No receipt - electrician said he could not give me a receipt.
Ok, after repeated requests they eventually did send a receipt.
Refused to provide an Itemised Bill.
No response from customer service when I queried the charges.
They do not collect their mail let alone respond to it.
