I have used this shop for 8 years and have always found great advice and personal service.

My chlorinator packed in and I did not notice until the day of my daughters 18th and under the pool blanket it had gone green.. Rod helped me and and 12 hrs later the pool was sorted and the kids were swimming. Top service!!!!

We would NOT recommend this business. We took a water sample in and were sold chemicals and told to come back a week later with another water sample to check how things were going. When we returned today we were told that we should not have added the chemicals. When we said this was done due to their advice they denied having told us this despite having a print out of the test results showing their handwritten recommendations. As a result, with a 37degree day looming tomorrow, and a family bbq planned at our house (being the only ones with a pool) our pool is unswimmable and our Kreepy Krawly likely to be ruined. All this was courtesy of their "professional advice"...
