I traveled from South West Rocks to Kempsey to buy a caravan cover. I arrived early and lined up outside only to be told the product I wanted had not been delivered.

I understand these difficult times but some strategy should be put in place to accommodate shoppers who make the effort to get there early when there is no stock available. I asked for a voucher and was laughed at(nicely). No we don't do vouchers first in first served. I was informed the delivery may arrive Wednesday but no guarantee. What a waist of my time as I'm not going to be there Wednesday.

I'm very disapointed in the lack of a strategy
