If you like your dog even remotely, do not use Scrappy Doo. He came to clip my poodle and didn't secure her properly. She apparently jumped off the table onto a pair of open scissors and cut her arm. We had to (not the groomer) rush her to the vet were she required surgery to fix the injury. Stuart still charged for the groom and said he would pay the vet bill once we recieved it. It has now been 5 weeks and several excuses later and still nothing!

great with dogs and does an outstanding job. wouldn't send my dogs anywhere else for their grooming needs. couldn't be happier :-)

Good with dogs, cheap amd good wash, however and this is a big however, unreliable with keeping appointments, would show up out of the blue even when arrangements for a date had been made. Actually showed up took our dog from the yard and due to neglect on the dog wash part our beautiful boy was hit by a car, no response when requesting he help pay for the vet bills incurred
