We requested a building and pest inspection for the sale of our home. Whilst we were satisfied with the property inspection, the pest inspection was not done thoroughly enough and left doubt in potential purchaser's minds as to the status of our house. Whether through physical inability or just laziness the pest inspection left parts of our house, such as the roof cavity, uninspected which were then subsequently raised in their issued pest report as strongly needing further investigation. Isn't this what we paid them to do? The pest report reads like war and peace with the termite kingdom yet the references in the report to previous termite activity date back to over 30 years ago. Can't recommend.
