Clancys Towing

The guy that towed my truck was fantastic, the guy that I spoke to about my car was good but the 2 reception staff (the 2 ladies) well one lied to me a couple of times telling me my car was ready to be picked up when it wasn't at all. The 2nd older lady was nothing but rude and had a go at me as I was doing what the guy told me to do in the first place ... They fixed one part but the other part had to go else where and she was not happy with that I was taking it elsewhere like the guy said as they couldn't fix it there.... The reception staff wreck their entire rating in my opinion..... I will be seeing other places before I consider this place again.....

Broke down due to overheating on the Hume. RACV towed car to Clancys Seymour depot and during their test drive the next morning THEY broke the drive shaft and cracked the transmission! They took NO responsibility saying it was wear and tear & left us with a $5000 repair bill. Disgusting! Avoid at all costs!
