Additionally when I advised her (with the opening comment, "Not sure who I should be telling") but there is coffee spilt all over the floor (outside the store between the BWS and the supermarket - the response I got, was not our problem, not in our area. Very disappointing response from a senior staff member - i would have expected a better response from her.
