I completed a 10 day detox & cleanse program after going through aggressive treatment for non hodgkins lymphoma 5 years ago. I can't speak highly enough of the staff & program. The detox isnt a 100% pampering experience, there are moments of pampering such as a facial & massages but times during the detox you will feel flat (due to the toxins leaving your body) but it was well and truly worth it because i've never felt so incredible after completing the 10 day detox. After my treatment i was concerned about the amount of chemicals that has been put into my body with chemotherapy. The team at Living Valley Springs helped me on my journey to recover and get my confidence back about my health. It was also a bonus to lose some of weight i had gained during cancer treatment. Whilst the program isnt cheap you cant put a figure on the value of your health and how amazing you will feel after the program makes every cent worth it.
