The gentleman in charge phoned me today to say they actually had by blanket and that the lady was reacting to the fact that I had already collected the jacket. Even though I did try to explain at the time! So now I’ll have it back again.

I only use this dry cleaners because they are local. I dropped off a wooden blazer and a lovely lambs wool blanket which needed freshening. I paid $65.79 upfront and was given an unreadable ticket ( ink run out!). I returned in a couple of days and was given the blazer but told to “come back on Tuesday” for the blanket. Having been busy I returned a week later only to be told very rudely by the lady (after checking both my phone numbers) that it was not there. She just said “NO” and went back to chewing her lunch at the back of the store. No offer to search for it. I will return when I have time and be a little more assertive!

It cost $45 up front , they had my quilt for a week and it is not clean. Service was abrupt and rude. I previusly had this quilt cleaned at another local dry cleaners costing $22, they had it for 3 days and it ws clean. That's where I will be going next time.

The lady there is very rude. We dropped off a suit with a spot to be cleaned came back it was still there. would never go back there and am telling everyone that will listen. You can't run a business and be rude to customers.

Terrible service woman extremly rude cant even speak English lost my dry cleaning due to not taking correct mobile number would never go there

Terrible terrible service!! Wouldnt reccomend this place to my worst enemy! Put your money somewhere actually worth it
