Aussie Structural Engineers

How I wish I could give negative stars.

Firstly, In his structural drawing he gave wrong specifications of the steel beam. This beam was sticking out of the staircase and we need to get this cut if not the staircase cannot be used. What kind of structural engineer gives such a drawing without checking properly. Secondly, it is impossible to speak to the owner who gives the opinion, however bad it is. I got an inspection done of my house, and Ramesh mentions to change the frames and floor-boards when the tiles and roof is completed. Lastly, he mentions in his mail sent at 6 pm that he is on leave till end of the month from next day. No one picks the call in his office or replies to our mail. Very unprofessional and not recommended at all.

They responded promptly and professionally providing excellent cost effective solutions and service . Highly recommend.
