I literally spent thousands with Dave with a large renovation of our house and had a good relationship with him. He always answered his phone promptly and we did a lot of communication through texts as well. This was a couple of years ago and I was keen to get him back again to do some more work.

He now basically doesn't want to know me and I have tried to contact him by phone multiple times and he doesn't answer and even doesn't reply to voice mail. After multiple tries I was able to phone Dave and he basically told me we wasn't interested. He said he was too busy. When I said I wasn't in a hurry and prepared to wait he said he wouldn't be able to help me at all.

I don't understand because on his multiple listings on the internet he is promoting his business for electrical work of multiple types, but tells me as a loyal customer who paid thousands of dollars on time, he is not interested!

I must say I am extremely disappointed!
