Walked into this car yard ready to buy a car was treated well to start with and copied my license to test drive a ASX than as soon as I said I wanted a buy a used car not a new car was given a different car salesman who started pitching me and said I needed to commit to buying it before test driving the car. I said how was I supposed to know without driving the car. He said sorry that's how they do things and kept pitching me. I said if it's too much trouble I'll go somewhere else and he didn't care. I had cash ready to buy they lost my sale. Terrible customer service and really disappointed. Do not recommend the used car salesman!

Good sized business where we were able to purchase Mitsubishi Pajero GLS have extras added and also able to do a good deal on trade in. So well done all round thanks again

Very happy with the service i get from Redcliffe Mitsubishi. Every time i have been there they have looked after my car with care and always given me great advice. Very pleasant people that do a great job and i found also very organized. I have had services done on my car and had extras put on my car. I will always have my car serviced at Redcliffe Mitsubishi, I will never take my car anywhere else. They are just that good 5 star

His hole attitude changed. My experience was rude and I will never ever buy a car from there. And I will never be taking my current two Mitshubishi back there for servicing what a bunch of W??????

DO NOT BUY FROM NORRIS MOTOR GROUP KIPPA RING!!!!!! I purchased a holden cruze from this dealer and the customer service was absolutely disgusting! I signed the contract and before I could collect my new car the dealership damaged it whilst in their care! I wasnt notified that this occurred and when I returned to collect my new car if I didnt double check it then they wouldnt have said a word. The 2 sales staff (including the one who sold it to me) advised that this damage definitely was not there when I originally looked and signed the contract. They then went on to explain they have no idea how this happened. Therefore how was I to be assured there was no additional damage... When I was promised and advised the office would contact me I never received contact. The one time I received a call from the dealership they spoke to me very rudely stating I should have contacted them and the sales staff just hung up on me... I discussed with the Office of Fair Trading what had happened. I contacted the NMG via email explaining I wanted to cancel purchasing the vehicle as this was not the car I signed for. To my horror I received a disrespectful call from an ignorant person who claims to be the management threatening if I didnt pick up and pay for the car they would persue legal action and they would say the damage was already there as i couldnt prove it.I questioned if this is how they treat all of their customers and if they were that desperate to sell a vehicle... I took their silent response as yes. They then stated that the damage was already there, i laughed asking if they even talk to the staff to which they replied they dont know what happened. And then they hung up on me, this must be something they are all trained to do. I know car yards have bad reputations and its disgusting management like this who dont ever change. obviously I will never recommend this business to anyone!!
