Had similar experience to other customers. Looks for ways to charge. Even charged for a few seconds of work responding with a one line email that cost me $100. They will hide behind their extensive and detailed multi page legal services agreement. Not the most ethical practice out there.

Immense disappointment. Had engaged them for a property purchase using a fixed services agreement, which was already well above the market rate, and they abused our confidence and repeatedly asked for more money even for basic things; they made everything to break the contract in their favour and we had to engage another conveyancer to finish the paperwork.
